The Mountain’s Steps

In this work, the female body becomes a gateway to memory. Her legs, caught in the process of turning to stone, symbolize the bond between human transience and the mountain’s permanence. The skirt, transformed into a rocky relief, speaks of the places once traversed, while the moonlight weaves memories into a space of silence and continuity.Mixed technique: acrylic on canvas, decoupage, natural branches, 2025.
